Silvio primarily deals with market research, growth and international strategy, and D-Tem. He founded Marketways after a long executive career in Italian companies and multinationals in Italy and abroad. He teaches in various faculties and Italian universities. He dedicates his free time to reading, music and long walks.

Antonio joined Marketways in 2010 and became a Partner in 2019. He is currently the operational manager of all our areas of expertise. Before becoming part of the Marketways team, he worked in Italian and multinational companies active in international contexts. He teaches in various faculties and universities in Italy. He is passionate about flying, swimming, and horse riding.
