Silvio founded Marketways after a long career in Italian and multinational companies in Italy and abroad. He works daily with the Marketways team to help clients grow and improve their digital presence in Italy and international markets. He teaches at various faculties and universities in Italy. He dedicates himself to reading, music, and long walks in his free time.

Antonio joined Marketways in 2010 and became a Partner in 2019. He is currently the operational manager of all our areas of expertise. Before becoming part of the Marketways team, he worked in Italian and multinational companies active in international contexts. He teaches in various faculties and universities in Italy. He is passionate about flying, swimming, and horse riding.

Alessandra is responsible for the Growth and Digital Export Management area. Before joining Marketways, she worked in Italian and multinational companies in Italy and abroad in Marketing, Sales, and Business Development. She graduated in Languages and International Communication, earned a master’s in Business Administration from Luiss Guido Carli Business School, and is a member of the scientific committee of H-Farm Business School. She speaks fluent Italian, English, French, and Mandarin Chinese. She plays golf, travels, and enjoys experimenting with new artificial intelligence applications in her free time.

Micaela is a Growth, Performance, Social media Mananagent, CRM and DEM specialist. She spends her free time doing sports and reading books, mainly of south American authors.

Ludovica is a Growth, Performance, Social media Mananagent, CRM and DEM specialist. She spends her free time reading books and hiking.

Tatiana is an expert in off-site SEO strategies, particularly in link building campaigns and Digital PR. With nearly 20 years in the world of offline and online marketing, Tatiana has worked with national and international companies and projects. A speaker and teacher for various training schools, she specializes in the fashion, luxury, and wine sectors. She dedicates her free time to her family, yoga, and meditation.

Federica is an SEO expert with significant professional experience gained in Italy and abroad in Marketing and Communication departments of companies and agencies. At Marketways, she collaborates on the creation of SEO projects for clients operating in various sectors and markets. Passionate about photography and gardening, in her free time she takes care of her two dogs, travels, and reads when she can, in search of inspiration.

Chiara is the team's nerdy and creative soul. She specializes in Digital Asset Design, UX/UI Design, and Visual Identity. She is passionate about auteur cinema, video games, and classic and science fiction literature.
