Dotcampus is a hybrid hospitality concept that blends the features of a modern student residence with those of an integrated short-stay hospitality ecosystem. Located in Rome, it welcomes university students, young professionals, travellers, and smart workers, offering a unique mix of living, studying, working, and socialising. Dotcampus is an inclusive and dynamic ecosystem that hosts cultural activities, fosters social connections, and enhances the everyday experience of both Italian and international guests.

Project Objective

To establish Dotcampus’s positioning as an innovative model of hybrid hospitality by defining its identity, strategy, and digital presence. The focus was on building brand awareness, acquiring qualified leads, and activating loyalty systems to support the various business lines (student housing, co-working, hospitality, etc.) in Italy and across Europe.

Scope of work

  • Business Strategy & Model

    Definition of the business model and marketing strategy from the project’s early stages, with a focus on mission, vision, competitive positioning, and unique value proposition.

  • Digital Marketing Strategy

    Development of an integrated strategy designed to support both the hospitality offering and the student housing component, with targeted objectives around awareness, acquisition, and loyalty.

  • Digital Advertising

    Design and management of Search and Social Media Advertising campaigns aimed at reaching diverse target audiences and highlighting Dotcampus’s positioning across its business segments.

  • Lead Generation

    Design and execution of targeted campaigns to generate qualified leads, with particular focus on student housing, where the decision-making process is lengthy and direct relationship-building is crucial.

  • Marketing Automation

    Implementation of an advanced automation system for lead nurturing and loyalty-building, with customised workflows and email marketing activities tailored to different user clusters

  • CRM

    Deployment of a dedicated CRM to manage contact flows, integrate data from multiple channels, and support both commercial and customer care activities.

  • Website Design & Development

    Coordination of the entire website project, ensuring alignment between design, content, and functionality to guarantee consistency, usability, and relevance across different audience segments.

  • Website Tracking & Data Analysis

    Design and implementation of a complete tracking system to monitor user behaviours and key digital funnels. Development of a customised reporting and analysis system with integrated dashboards combining digital and business KPIs, supporting marketing, sales, and management teams.
