Dotcampus is a hybrid hospitality concept that blends the features of a modern student residence with those of an integrated short-stay hospitality ecosystem. Located in Rome, it welcomes university students, young professionals, travellers, and smart workers, offering a unique mix of living, studying, working, and socialising. Dotcampus is an inclusive and dynamic ecosystem that hosts cultural activities, fosters social connections, and enhances the everyday experience of both Italian and international guests.
Project Objective
To establish Dotcampus’s positioning as an innovative model of hybrid hospitality by defining its identity, strategy, and digital presence. The focus was on building brand awareness, acquiring qualified leads, and activating loyalty systems to support the various business lines (student housing, co-working, hospitality, etc.) in Italy and across Europe.
