Activities focused on increasing brand awareness and relevance in Rome, Milan, and London, generating qualified leads among high-end private clients, companies, and investors, and supporting business growth with digital strategies consistent with the “Human First” identity.

Scope of work

  • Brand & Marketing Strategy

    Definition of business and marketing strategy, including analysis of the competitive set, key success factors, and key buying factors. Development of a positioning strategy aligned with the “Human First” identity and high-end target.

  • Brand Identity

    Creation of the brand identity and support for the definition of the visual identity. Definition of reference archetypes, tone of voice, and brand values to reinforce LEX’s perception as a reliable, transformative real estate advisor.

  • Content Creation

    Ideation and production of editorial and multimedia content based on the communication strategy’s pillars and sub-pillars, with the goal of informing, educating, and inspiring—strengthening the brand’s authority and consulting capability.

  • Social Media Management

    Strategic management of social channels with an editorial plan designed to build awareness and trust. Publishing content on prestige properties, market trends, success stories, and team stories to drive engagement and attract high-end prospects.

  • Digital Advertising

    Planning and management of Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns aimed at increasing awareness, generating interest in property valuations and services, and encouraging requests for appointments, valuations, and consultations.

  • Tracking & Data Analysis

    Implementation of an advanced tracking system to monitor digital funnels and campaign performance. Creation of integrated dashboards combining digital KPIs (CTR, conversions, CPL) with business KPIs (number of valuation requests, appointments, closed sales).
