Founded in 1966 as a family-run craft workshop, Officine D’Amico is now a leading Italian company in the production of fences, gates, and bespoke metal solutions. With over fifty years of experience, the company has combined craftsmanship with technological innovation, developing two main business areas: civil, industrial, and public fencing—designed to ensure safety, durability, and design—and sports solutions, with certified, high-quality structures for sports facilities, football pitches, and padel courts. Today it is a benchmark in the sector thanks to a unique mix of tradition, innovation, and reliability.

Project Objective

Strengthen the company’s digital presence and consolidate its positioning as a market leader and top of mind for the safety of civil, industrial, and sports spaces. Activities were designed to increase brand awareness and visibility, as well as to generate new business opportunities targeting private individuals, companies, and public bodies. In parallel, the project aimed to consolidate Officine D’Amico’s reputation in the sports sector by promoting the excellence of its certified structures and supporting growth in domestic and international markets.

Scope of work

  • Digital Strategy

    Definition of an integrated digital strategy for the three business units—fencing, sport, and padel—including competitive set analysis, target and positioning definition, with the goal of reinforcing brand leadership and generating qualified commercial opportunities.

  • Content Creation

    Ideation and production of editorial and multimedia content differentiated by business unit, showcasing products and solutions through technical, consultative, and emotional storytelling.

  • SEO

    Implementation of on-site SEO activities on the new website, with technical and semantic optimizations aimed at improving structure, information architecture, metadata, and content. The objective was to strengthen organic visibility in target markets and support B2B and B2C lead generation.

  • Social Media Management

    Strategic management of social channels with dedicated editorial plans to strengthen brand awareness and trust across B2B and B2C targets, featuring completed projects, success stories, and product stories.

  • Digital Advertising

    Planning and management of Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns structured by funnel and segmented by business unit, aimed at increasing visibility, stimulating interest, and generating qualified leads in both residential and professional contexts.

  • Marketing Automation

    Setup and management of a dedicated CRM system to integrate contact flows, support sales activities, and improve efficiency in managing relationships with prospects and customers.

  • Website Design & Development

    Design and development of the new corporate website, created to highlight the three business units—fencing, sport, and padel—and to deliver a clear, intuitive, lead-generation-oriented navigation experience. The site was integrated with CRM and marketing automation systems to support the digital funnel and sales activities.

  • Tracking & Data Analysis

    Implementation of advanced tracking systems and creation of integrated dashboards to monitor digital and business KPIs, evaluate performance, and continuously optimize strategies.
