Castelfalfi is a Tuscan village transformed into a unique luxury resort, set across 1,100 hectares of unspoiled nature. The estate features a 5-star hotel, villas and apartments, a 27-hole golf course, spa, restaurants, and experiential activities. Castelfalfi embodies a model of sustainable and authentic hospitality, blending the charm of Italian tradition with international standards of service.

Project Objective

To strengthen Castelfalfi’s positioning as a leading destination in luxury hospitality by increasing brand awareness, visibility, and relevance in Italy and international markets (Europe, the Middle East, North America), while simultaneously driving growth in direct bookings for both the hotel and villas.

Scope of work

  • Digital Advertising

    Design and management of multichannel campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn) in Italy and abroad with differentiated objectives: increase brand awareness, generate qualified traffic to the website, and run conversion campaigns to drive bookings for hotel stays and villas, both online and via the voice channe

  • SEO

    Development of a dedicated SEO project for both the Italian and international markets, with a particular focus on the United States and the United Kingdom. Activities included OnSite optimisation (information architecture, content, metadata) and OffSite initiatives (link building and digital PR) to strengthen organic visibility and protect branded traffic from OTAs and competitors.

  • Content Creation & Optimization

    Optimisation of digital content for social and search campaigns, aligned with the brand’s luxury identity and the expectations of an international audience.

  • Tracking & Analytics

    Implementation of advanced tracking systems and creation of integrated dashboards to monitor both digital and business KPIs (RevPAR, ADR, Occupancy).
